Responsible Gaming Tools

We have provided a number of tools that you can use to control your gambling on our site. These tools will help you set limits, take breaks, and exclude yourself from our site if necessary. We have developed these tools in line with the guidelines of regulators, and hope that you will find them useful.

Set Limits

One of the first steps to responsible gaming is knowing how much you are able to spend on gaming, and how much you are willing to lose.

Setting limits will then help you stay in control and keep to this.

We give you the option to limit your deposits, bets and losses on our site.

For each of these options, you will be able to set daily limits (that refresh every 24 hours), weekly or monthly limits.

These limits may be decreased, increased or removed. Making a limit less strict (by increasing or removing the limit) will take effect after a 24 hour cooling-off period. Making a limit more strict will take effect immediately.

Reality Check

It may also be helpful to know how long you intend to play for, and to keep track of how long you are spending on our site.

To assist you with this, we also offer the option of setting a reality check that will show at regular intervals and help you keep track of the time spent on our site.

Time Out

If you feel you need to take a break, you can request a Time Out, and we will temporarily suspend your account for the period you request. You will then not be able to access your account until the Time Out period has passed. Once the Time Out period ends, your account will be automatically unlocked and you will then be able to access your account.

You may contact our Customer Support team and request for a Time Out to be removed prior to it’s expiry, however a 7 day cooling-off period will apply. The account will be re-activated on the original expiry date or after the 7 day cooling off period, whichever is the earliest.

Note that should you wish to withdraw funds from your account during a Time Out, you may do so by contacting our Customer Support.

Self-Exclusion

You may choose to exclude yourself from our site for a longer period of time, including an unlimited exclusion.

Once the Self-Exclusion period ends, your account will automatically be reactivated and you will then be able to access your account. You may request for a Self-Exclusion to be removed prior to it’s expiry, however the 7 day cooling-off period will apply. The account will be re-activated on the original expiry date or after the 7 day cooling off period, whichever is the earliest.

If you do exclude yourself from our site, you will be removed from all marketing communications for the period that you are excluded. (Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for all our marketing databases to be updated.)

Important

It is important to note that these tools are being provided in order to assist you in managing your activity on our site. You should not attempt to circumvent these tools in order to gamble more than the limits you have set or to breach a self-exclusion request.

Therefore please remember:

  • These tools are set per site, and are only effective on the site you have enabled or requested them on. If you do want to exclude yourself on more than one of our sites, you must exclude yourself on each site. If you are submitting the request through our Customer Support, please specify which sites you wish to be excluded on.
  • Please do not attempt to register additional accounts in order to circumvent these tools. As per our Terms and Conditions, we allow only one account per site, and registering additional accounts on the same site would be considered as multi-accounting and a breach or our Terms. We do use our best efforts to detect and block multiple accounts. However, should you open a multiple account that we fail to detect, it is your responsibility to contact us and inform us of this. That account will then be handled in line with our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests to our Customer Support team will be actioned as soon as reasonably possible. Please only consider the request as having been implemented once our Customer Support team have confirmed this.

Additional steps

In addition to using the responsible gaming tools explained above, we strongly encourage you to take additional steps which may help you.

  • Contact a professional support group such as Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy.
  • Install one of the following third party services to monitor or restrict your access to the internet: Net NannyGamBlock or GamBan.
  • Request an exclusion from all gambling sites where you hold an account.
  • Unsubscribe from any gambling related forum or mailing list.

Underage Gambling

It is against our rules for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or play on our site. We do take reasonable efforts to ensure that all players on our site are of legal age. We therefore reserve the right to request proof of age from any customer and may suspend an account until adequate verification is received.

However, in addition to our efforts, we do stress parental responsibility in the prevention of underage gaming, and encourage parents and guardians to take measures to protect minors under their care from underage gaming:

  • Consider the risks of underage gaming, when providing your children with computers, mobile phones and other devices that can access the internet.
