1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

4. User Accounts – Registration and Access

5. Verifications
- We conduct “Know your Customer” procedures on all players who deposit on our site. We reserve the right to verify all details related to your account at any time, including but not limited to your personal details, address, contact details, deposit and withdrawal accounts, etc. These verifications may be conducted electronically by using third-party databases, verbally by phone call, and/or by requesting documentation. In any case, we will verify your identity on cumulative withdrawals of EUR 2,000 (or equivalent).

- If we find that the documentation provided is false or misleading, or that the documentation has been tampered with, we may terminate your account, void any balance, and will not be liable to refund any deposits. For clarification, where you decide to hide or redact certain information from a document, this must be done in a clear, evident and obvious manner. Should the information be removed from the document in a way where it is not clearly evident that the information was included in the original document, we would consider this as tampering and as providing misleading documentation.
- As part of our Source of Funds/Wealth checks, we reserve the right to verify that the funds used for gambling on our site have originated from legitimate sources, such as income, personal savings, etc. As such, we may request that you complete a Source of Funds declaration, provide salary slips or other relevant documentation evidencing your source of funds, and bank statements showing sufficient information that would allow us to trace your deposits on our site and/or your gambling activity in general to the original source of funds.

6. User Funds
- During registration you will be required to select your preferred account currency.
- Should you wish to change your account currency, please contact our customer support. You may be required to register a new account with the new currency. Any existing balance may then be transferred to the new account, at the exchange rate set by the Casino at that time. Please note that opening the new account and transferring any balance will be at the discretion of the Casino.

7. Deposit and withdrawal transactions

- We process deposits and withdrawal payouts through a range of payment methods including debit and credit cards, online wallets, and bank transfers. We do not warrant that all methods of payment are available at all times. We do not accept cash funds.
- We use various third party payment processors and financial institutions to process your payments. You agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of these processors and institutions, to the extent that their terms and conditions do not conflict with our Terms and Conditions.

- While we aim to process your withdrawal payouts through your preferred method, we will first process the payments back to the account from where funds paid into your account originated. We may in some cases require that the payout be processed to a bank account or bank card in your name.
- Additionally, while we aim to process your withdrawal payouts through your preferred currency, we reserve the right to process your withdrawal payout through alternative currencies as may be available at that time, depending on the available payout options and our system capabilities, at the exchange rate as set by the us.

8. Refunds
- Our games and betting offers are provided for entertainment only. As the product is virtual and instantly consumed, any stakes placed on a game or bet are final. Refund requests for funds wagered must be raised within 5 business days. We do not issue refunds except in exceptional circumstances.
9. Withdrawal Requests
- You may request to withdraw funds from your “Real Money Balance” at any time. If you withdraw any part of your “Real Money Balance” whilst you still have an active Bonus and remaining wagering requirements, the bonus balance including any winnings from the bonus balance will be deducted from the account balance.
- The maximum daily winnings amount (defined as the winnings won within a 24 hour period between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT) that may be withdrawn is EUR 100,000 (or equivalent). We reserve the right to void any additional winnings above this amount.
- We reserve the right to limit the winnings you may withdraw in each thirty (30) day period. This amount is in addition to your deposit amount during this period. (For example, if your withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR and you deposited EUR 5,000 in the last 30 days, you will be able to withdraw up to EUR 10,000.) You may check your monthly withdrawal limits on the Withdrawal Limits page. We may increase this limit on a case by case basis, and through various offers and promotions on our site. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds returned to your balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
- We maintain a target of three (3) working days for the processing of withdrawals but may not be held liable should we take longer.
- Progressive Jackpot payouts are exempt from the limits mentioned above, however may require an extra fourteen (14) days for processing.
- We reserve the right to apply a 15 percent with minimum of EUR 10 (or equivalent) administrative fee on any withdrawal request of funds that have been deposited or credited to your account but not played through at least three times. We further reserve the right to exclude any minimal risk bets from the required play through. Minimal risk bets include betting similar amounts on black and red or covering more than 67% of betting options in Roulette, and placing bets on both player and banker at the same time in Baccarat. - In certain cases, we may require that you verify your account and enable payouts by depositing from a bank account or card held in your name. (You may then request a withdrawal of these funds.) We may also require that any payout be paid to a bank account in your name, regardless of your requested payout method.
10. Bonuses and Promotions

- When participating in promotion, bonus or bonus funds mean any funds or equivalent which have been credited to the bonus wallet of your gaming account (”Bonus Balance”) by us. The winnings obtained from the free rounds/ free spins are added to the account as bonus funds.
- The bonus funds are converted to real money (“Real Money Balance”) after completing the specific wagering requirements within the Promotion.

- The Wagering requirements are the number of times to wager the value of the bonus received before the bonus funds becomes part of your “Real Money Balance”
- For any wager placed, the “Real Money Balance” will be used to wager first. If “Real Money Balance” is exhausted, or there are insufficient funds to place the bet, then the wager will be deducted from the “Bonus Balance”
- Any winnings received before completing the wagering requirements are added to the “Bonus Balance”
- The bonus together with any winnings will be locked to the casino account balance until the wagering requirements have been completed.
- For any wager placed, while having real money balance and a bonus not tied to a deposit, the winnings received will be distributed proportionally between the “Real Money Balance” and “Bonus Balance” according to the wager proportion taken from “Real Money Balance” and “Bonus Balance”.
- When withdrawing the “Real Money Balance” before completing the bonus wagering requirements, the “Bonus Balance” including winnings from the bonus balance will be deducted from the account balance.

- Any use of bonus to cheat or circumvent the house edge
- Bonuses and additional spins will not be awarded if, at the time of your deposit, your current balance is greater than EUR 1 (or equivalent) or you have a pending withdrawal, or you are claiming another bonus on your deposit.
- The maximum payout will apply once you receive and play the free spin, bonus or cash, and will apply to any funds derived from bets resulting directly or indirectly from these funds.

11. Complementary Points
- You will start accumulating complementary points from midnight GMT after your first deposit.
- Complementary Points accumulation and conversion rates may be subject to change or removal without prior notification. Removed Complementary Points cannot be converted or withdrawn at any time.
- Complimentary Points will be accumulated by the following rate: EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/INR 10 played = 1 Point.
- Complementary Points will be converted by the following rate: 100 Points accumulated = EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/INR 1 EUR. For example, if your Complementary Points total is 340, conversion of all these points will result in 3 EUR being credited to your bankroll. Any remaining points will remain in your Complementary Points account and continue to be accumulated.
- Please note, that if you do not log in to your account for a period of 90 days, your Complementary Points, if any, will be voided without further notice and are not refundable.
- In any calendar month you may only accumulate up to a maximum of 100,000 Complementary Points. In the event that in any calendar month you accumulate more than 100,000 Complementary Points, any excess Complementary Points will be voided and are not refundable.
- Maximum payout conditions apply to winnings from Complementary Points and winnings resulting from these Points. You may check the maximum payout amounts on the Withdrawal Limits page. Any additional balance will be voided when we process your withdrawal request.
- We reserve the right to void any Complementary Points accumulated from non deposit bonuses or free spins, and any balance and/or winnings that resulted from these Complementary Points.
- We reserve the right to void the Complementary Points if you were in breach with our terms and conditions.
12. Inactive Accounts
- Your account will be considered inactive after a period of 12 months since the last account login. We will try to contact you prior to designating an account as inactive using the contact details on your account. If you do not login within the following 30 days, a . EUR 5 (or equivalent) Inactivity Fee will be deducted from your account. The fee will then be deducted on a monthly basis, until you do log into your account, or until your account balance is zero. If your account has been inactive for 12 months or more, and your balance is zero, your account will be closed.
- If you do not log into your account for a period of thirty months, your account will be considered dormant. If possible, we will return any balances to you and close the account.
13. Account closure by you
- You may close your account through the site, or by sending an E-mail to the support email listed in the contact details section of this site. You will remain responsible for activity on the account until the closure has been effected.
- If requested, and if all terms and conditions have been met, your current balance will be paid to you, according to our regular withdrawal policies and procedures. Any promotional bonuses, prizes or benefits will be forfeited.
- Should you wish to resume using our services, you must contact Customer Support and request that your account be reactivated, as you will not be able to open another account.
14. Account closure by us
- We may refuse to open an account or may close an account which has already been opened at our sole discretion, but all contractual obligations already made will be honored.

15. Responsible Gaming

16. Personal Information

18. Complaints and Disputes

19. Prohibited activity
- The following activities are prohibited on our site:

Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in the account or the amount transferred into or out of the account, whichever is the lesser.
